2. Natural Circumstances

Pintag.us will not be responsible if your order is damaged or lost by natural circumstances.

  • Damage, loss, or theft of products.
  • Natural disasters, war.

Key Terms for Natural Circumstances

  • Concerns must be reported within 30 days of product receipt via email with your order number.
  • Full or partial refunds will be issued after the return of affected items. Return labels will be provided.
  • Refunds exclude the cost of Natural Circumstances.


3. Ordering Process

Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed online, via phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal etc.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders may be changed or canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and cancellation fees may apply.
  • Fees:
  • $5 for orders under $100.
  • $10 for cancellations before production.
  • Additional costs may apply based on production status.


4. Payments and Fees

  • Customers would be responsible for all the third-party payment service fees while placing orders or making payments.
  • Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to Texas unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.


5. Refunds and Returns

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Customer errors (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, logos, designs or photos).
  • Production delays caused by shipping carriers.

Refunds for approved claims:

  • Only shipping costs will be refunded for late deliveries.
  • Full refunds/partial refunds require the return of all products in their original condition at the customer’s expense. (If have any valid reasons of returns).

Reporting Issues

  • Concerns must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are not available for production costs.


6. Customization and Intellectual Property

Customer Responsibility

By submitting artwork or content, you affirm that:

  • You own or have the right to use all submitted materials.
  • Submitted content does not infringe on intellectual property rights.

Recompensation

You agree to recompense pintag.us against claims arising from the misuse or unauthorized use of submitted content.


7. Production and Artwork

Artwork Submission

  • Submit artwork immediately while placing an order to pintag.us or email us: [email protected] or WhatsApp us
  • Approve proofs within 2 days for standard orders and 6 hours for rush orders.

Production Standards

  • Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to production methods.
  • Rush orders may allow only 2 hours for proof revisions.


8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Guidelines

  • Delivery timelines start after artwork proof approval.
  • Weekends are not included in production or shipping estimates.
  • Pintag.us is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or natural disaster, wars.

Shipping Fees and Adjustments

  • Address changes after shipping: $15.
  • Re-routing packages: $35.
  • Customers are responsible for international customs duties and fees.
  • Large or heavy items may have higher shipping costs.

Glow-in-Dark Bands

  • Swirl and segmented styles may result in blended colors.
  • Glow-in-bright visibility varies by band color, with dark colors providing the best results.


11. Website Content and Copyright

  • All website content, including images, text, and designs, is owned by pintag.us and protected by copyright laws.
  • Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.


12. Limitations of Liability

Pintag.us is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Variations in color, size, or finish inherent to the production process.
